Return & Exchange Policy

Online Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from New Wave Urban Creations! If for any reason you're not satisfied, eligible items* may be returned within 14 days of the order date for store credit, less original shipping & handling fees. All returns must be received by the shipping carrier within that 14-day window.

Returned items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, placed inside a separate shipping box or mailer. Please do not attach labels directly to the shoe box.

Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
This includes but is not limited to:

  • Earrings

  • Tights

  • Swimwear

  • Fashion face covers

  • Fashion tape, adhesive bras, and select body jewelry

  • Gift cards

Jewelry (unless marked final sale) must be returned unworn, in original packaging, with tags and backing cards intact.

Bodysuits must be unworn, unwashed, and tried on with undergarments. Original tags must still be attached.

New Wave Urban Creations reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria.

Refunds & Store Credit
All approved returns will be processed as store credit only, issued in the form of a digital gift card sent to your email. Returns made with a gift card or prior store credit will be refunded back to store credit.

Returns Must Be Shipped Separately
Each return must be shipped in its own package. Do not combine items from multiple orders. Doing so may result in delays or return refusal.

Returns of worn, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted and may be discarded after 30 days if no resolution is reached. Please contact us immediately with any concerns.

Return Abuse Policy
We reserve the right to deny returns, exchanges, or purchases in cases of repeated abuse or excessive return patterns that create operational strain.

In-Store Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased online may be brought into a New Wave Urban Creations store within 14 days for exchange or store credit only. Please bring proof of purchase.

In-store purchases may also be returned within 14 days for exchange or store credit, as long as they meet the return criteria.

How Long Does It Take to Receive My Store Credit?
Please allow up to 14 business days from the date your return is delivered for processing. You will receive an email with your store credit code once your return is complete.
